About Kelly:

Kelly Wall has been a Trial Judge on the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas for over 10 years where she presides over Family Court. She was a solicitor with Montgomery County’s child protection agency and served as a child advocate representing emotionally, physical and sexually abused children before she went on the bench. Judge Wall has served on the Domestic Violence Legal Network for several years as the judicial liaison between the Court and Montgomery County agencies which are serving victims of sexual abuse and domestic violence. Judge Wall describes herself as an animal and child empath.
