About Brence:
Brence Platner is a filmmaker, innovator, athlete, and magician. He is a student at Loyola Marymount University’s School of Film and Television, and it is rare to see him without a deck of cards or a coin in hand. Brence has performed at parties, sports events, and for schools in South Africa, and during the Covid Challenge, has performed over 60 zoom magic shows for schools and libraries across America. He has been featured on Los Angeles’ KOST 103.5 radio channel, has created and delivered his own TEDxTalk, “The Magic of Storytelling,” and speaks Mandarin Chinese.
