About Tanya:

Tanya Stroh is the host of “My Fitness RX”, a nationally syndicated healthy living television show and is a practicing personal trainer and healthy living coach with over 20 years of experience helping a diverse range of clients achieve their unique fitness goals. Her personal philosophy had always been that one must combine fitness with a healthy diet and an active lifestyle in order to achieve the best results.

After overcoming a serious water-skiing accident and surviving cancer she has not only expanded her empathy but also her understanding of the human body and spirit, an understanding which she enthusiastically brings into her work.

As a fitness expert she has appeared regularly on radio and television in the Philadelphia area and has written bi-monthly articles for a women’s magazine.

Tanya has dual national certifications from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as well as a CES (Cancer Exercise Specialist), FMS (Functional Movement Screens) and Kettlebell certifications.
