About Elena:
Elena, alongside her husband, created LEA Growing People to help entrepreneurs, C-suite executives, their businesses, and families to learn their greatest leadership skills, and achieve happiness and fulfillment. She is Italian, with a degree in foreign languages. She launched a non-profit organization, Le Pleiadi. After moving to Dubai she became a Co-Active and Parentology Coach to help clients start to understand why they are enough and deserve a great space in the world.
