Diane Sharp-Nachsin is the Artistic Director of SHARP Dance Company based out of Philadelphia. She founded SHARP and premiered the company in 2006. Her work has been presented in over 30 cities in the U.S. and in Europe.

We are chatting about so many fun things including creating and self-expression through dance, using dance as a stress and anxiety reliever, how you can never take enough time for yourself and why we should all stop wearing our busy schedules as a badges of honor.
