About Bev:
Dr. Bev Weinberg, Integrate for Good’s Founder and Executive Director is an Occupational Therapist with a passion for elevating the social determinants of health for individuals of all abilities. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Urban Studies from the University of Pittsburgh, and her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Temple University. Bev returned to Temple and received her Clinical Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy in May of 2016, along with a Certificate in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the Temple University Fox School of Business.
Dr. Weinberg has more than three decades of experience in service delivery, research, training, and program development. Bev is passionate about helping individuals who are often the recipients of assistance assume leadership roles as providers of service to their communities. She has partnered with local, national, and international corporations and non-profit organizations to create innovative opportunities for individuals of all abilities to build social capital and community connection.
Dr. Weinberg received the Pediatric Therapeutic Services Therapist 5000 Award in 2014 for “Staying Power,” an innovative school-based program designed to enhance interdisciplinary collaboration. She received the Temple University Helen Hopkins Scholarship Award in 2015 and the Child Development Foundation Dr. Thomas J. Natoli Award in 2018. In 2021, Dr. Weinberg received the inaugural Montgomery County Office of Developmental Disabilities 2020-2021 Innovation and Technology Award. In 2021, Integrate for Good was recognized as the Main Line Chamber of Commerce Nonprofit Business of the Year. Also in 2021, Dr. Weinberg was named Woman of the Year by Central Montgomery County Business and Professional Women and received the Power Your Potential Woman in Leadership Award from the Greater Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce. In 2023, Dr. Weinberg received the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce Community Service Award and was recognized by the Arc Alliance with the Vincent J. Fitzpatrick Humanitarian Award. Also in 2023, the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Montgomery County recognized Integrate for Good with the Community Organization of the Year Award. Most recently Dr. Weinberg received a 2025 Greater Philadelphia Social Innovation Award from the Philadelphia Social Innovations Journal.
Dr. Weinberg created Integrate for Good to empower students and adults with disabilities to share their through inclusive volunteerism, community leadership and equitable employment. Her current work focuses on building strategic partnerships to enhance authentic community engagement for individuals with disabilities through collaboration with individuals and families, school districts, agencies, government entities, and corporations.
