About Stacy:

As a keynote speaker, corporate facilitator|trainer and patient advocate, Stacy is on a mission to guide business owners, HR managers and employees toward elevated cultures of well-being that support healthy, happy and productive lifestyles AT WORK.
Throughout her career, she has continued to be a passionate movement and mindfulness trainer determined to bring energy, insight and relatability to every class, program and workshop she leads regardless of her own busy lifestyle.
Stacy is the President and CEO of FIT2order. Founded in 2008, FIT2order, LLC (www.fit2order.com) is a women-owned corporate wellness company based in Towson, MD. FIT2order specializes in at-work wellness solutions for our sedentary workforce and serves local, regional and national clients.
She is also an E-RYT 500, ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor/Personal trainer, ACE Health Coach, 10 time marathoner, triathlete, perpetual student, and a purveyor of all things that challenge potential and inspire a healthy work cultures.
Stacy has served on the Board of Advisors for a non-profit, Believe Big and continues her work as a patient advocate for those on the cancer journey.
Stacy and her husband David, live in Maryland with their 3 sons, David, Jr., Brendan and Aidan.
